RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The Assunta Alumni Hunt is a Fun Hunt. Entry Fee is RM300 per car. Limited to first 60 cars.
Closing date is on October 16, 2007.

2. A Team shall be made up of minimum 2 persons to a maximum of 4 persons. The Driver of the car should possess a valid driving license and the car entered must have valid road tax and insurance. The car must be also deemed fit for travel with working brake and signal lights.

3. Entry forms must be fully completed, with the
Declaration of Indemnity signed and the fees paid before it can be officially accepted as an entry. Entries will be accepted henceforth and limited to the first 60 cars on a first-come-first-served basis.

4. A briefing will be held prior to the hunt. Participants will be duly informed of the date, time and venue.

5. The Route will be marked by ‘Tulips’ from start to finish. The Clerk-Of-Course will explain in detail how tulips are read during the briefing.

6. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the rules / change or postpone the date / or cancel the event if it is deemed needful.

7. The decision of awarding prizes and points by the Judges will be final.
