Step 3 : You will need to fax over your current passport so get it ready!
Step 4 : Payment must be made by a specific deadline or your booking will be cancelled

If no final payment received by the above dates, seats blocked will be released accordingly.

*Minimum 2 person per team and maximum one accompanying child below 12 years old per team

Passport copy of the passenger should be submitted together with the booking form (as attached).
The special air Fare by AK includes taxes, group booking fee and 1 check in baggage up to 15kg per way.

Name change
* is allowed subject to the following terms:
* if request of Name Change is made more than forty eight (48) hours prior to *the scheduled flight, change of name is allowed without any charges;
* if request of Name Change is made less than forty eight (48) hours and up to six (6) hours prior to the scheduled flight, change of name is permitted subject to an immediate Name Change fees of RM90.00 only per person per sector;
* No Name Change is allowed if request is made within six (6) hours before scheduled flight.

Return Airport Transfer
* Own arrangements on return airport transfer for ground arrangement only.
